The hotel offers amazing rooms that are large, very clean, and comfortable. However, the water pressure for showers is quite poor and the rooms have been left to deteriorate. The location is fantastic, right on the beautiful Diani beach in a quiet area. The service is friendly but lacks proper training. The dining experience is enjoyable with great choices, including vegan options.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, right on the beach and close to other amenities, but the room cleanliness and initial Wi-Fi issue were disappointing. However, the service and dining experience made up for some of the setbacks.

The room I stayed in was not clean, and there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. It took multiple complaints and delays to address the lack of Wi-Fi initially. On the bright side, once I was moved to one of the recently renovated rooms, it was comfortable.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and attentive, making the overall service wonderful. Although it seemed like they might be overworked and underpaid, they were dedicated to ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is a major highlight, right on the beach and near the reef, making it an excellent spot in Diani. The surroundings were tidy and well maintained, adding to the charm of the place.
